looking for replacement part for the twisted metal flat lifter for the sash and the plastic connection to the sash. The image-2 shows the round hole that should have a blue plastic insert where the post from the sash engages.

My window balance is 30 inches. I need 4 of them and 4 shoes as well

My window is not staying up. I assume this is because of the window balance being stuck in the down position. (Pic 2) I cannot seem to get them to retract. I have two Simonton Windows with broken coil springs that need replacing. Each time the door is locked, the "bolt" doesn't flip out and lock into place. So even though the door appears to be locked, it's not. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the handle/lock handle or the locking mechanism itself. Thanks!

Hi, I don't know who makes my windows and I'm trying to find replacement locks for it. They're starting to break on me.

There is one of these on each corner of the screen door, I'm not sure what to call it. A guide, a roller, etc. We have 5 screen doors and one of them wasn't sliding smoothly. The lever for this WI casement window broke off. Need a new locking set.

I need these corner replacements for my Silverline crank out windows. The measurement of the " hole" is 1/2", the outside of the frame is 1" The windows were installed in 1998.

Is your part 81-018 a suitable replacement for Hurd sliding patio door wheels part number 012021 (picture attached). Do you have a replacement for the foot lock package?

We have a broken-ish crank on one of our awning style windows. One of the side supports is broken off so it isn't very stable in the window frame. Also looks like they may have drilled new holes and used different hardware from what was originally intended, so in not sure if a new crank will be plug ... (cont.)
