Which part would be best to replace this part?

Hello I am looking to get some replacement sash guides as the clips on mine have broken. Guides are in working order but the tabs on the clip have broken.

I don't have much information to share, beyond the photos. I find no marking on the windows. I know they are about 20-years-old because they are original to the house, which we had built near Grand Rapids, Michigan.

No markings found. Other window hardware installed at same time is by Truth. Item to be replaced was installed in approximately 1985. We are flexible with handle design and may prefer a rotating handle for ease of closing completely.

I ordered the wrong one before and I did send it back here's two pictures for what exist on my window I hope I can get the part number so I can replace an order. Thank you

Can you help, need a replacement part number. Marking on the part is: 10/07unique 27-D-40 The metal is 28" long.

Spiral rod, vertical at each side of the window. The window will not stay up.29"

No markings on the window. It looks like part # 26-030 would fit but no flange like the one in the photo.

This part holds the window double pane glass in place. There are 4 pieces per window pane. These are for MW TWINSEAL vinyl double hung windows. The piece is 27 1/8" long

Everything I found had the holes 3/8 or 7/8 apart - can you tell me if you have anything where the holes are 2 1/4" apart?

I have an older Pella sliding glass door and I need the small latch that hits the handle mechanism to close and lock I will attach pictures.

The window is unable to be closed since the part is broken. The arm measurement is 7" instead of 4 7/8" that was displayed with Encore dual arm operator 39-253LB. Do you have the part with 7" instead?

Looking for replacement latches for old Harvey window screens. This latch has a large metal ring which helps pull the screen in and then manipulate the latch. Thank you for any help.

I took this out of my kids' bathroom window. It is a small window that I expected to have a 3/8 balance in but found this instead. It is a 17" 5/8" Spiral Balance with a white tip. If you do not have any white tips, can a pair of red ones be used instead? Also, I have 22 windows. They are all Mayfa ... (cont.)
