I'm not exactly sure which ones I should order of these. These windows are older from around 2007 timeframe

Sash on the left is original to the window and the sash to the right on the picture was order on your website. Issue I have is the hook at the end on the new one will not work.The lock boot and replacement window will work but the issue is the clip at the end. Can someone help me with this issue?For ... Hello, I need help identifying which part to get to replace this window balance. It's a vinyl single hung Pella window. Looks like the pulley string broke. It has a 3230 stamped on it (pic attached) and no other markings.

Your part 26-234 in the foreground has the proper clip width and thickness but the depth isn't sufficient. My clip (in the background) is similar the the Pittsburgh guy's. It has much longer prongs and two offset raised guides.

Hi, the Metal cams broke in coil balance as well as both pivot bars in my single hung vinyl windows. I don't know how to get them out to replace them. The opening seems too small.
