I need new balances and slides for my windows

Hello, my house has spiral balancers on the double-hung windows, 30" long and ~3/8" diameter. However, we have plantation shutters installed on the inside, so that while I can get the movable frame to the top of the window frame, pull the releases in and have the top edge tip out, it hits the shutte ... Hi These 4 windows will raise and lower but will not say up. The twist locks on the bottom are broken. I am unable to get the parts out of the groove and the trim seems to be made whole , I do not see any seems to take trim apart. I would need 4 pairs to fix these bay windows. Others in the house ... I'm curious if this is enough information to order replacement parts. I believe they were manufactured for Alside window systems. Most of the pivots are broken and are stuck in the sash. The pivot shoes are fairly disintegrated. The property was wife's parents, recently passed and is in upstate NY, ... (cont.)
