Piece that goes into the balance shoe is broken. Attached in the broken piece & the non-broken piece. And the balance shoe it attaches to.

Two of my American Craftsman 3' x 6' windows have the string loosened on the left side. How do I repair it? Why is it loose? Hello, I'm looking for this replacement part for my sliding screen door on my garage. It's made by CWS. I sent two pictures of the part. The first picture is a good luck, the second is a broken lock and I need the Allen tool to unscrew the lock.

Looking to match the pivot shoes and balances photo graphed above. Also will need the tool to charge the balance.

I purchased replacement rollers from Amazon which appear to be an exact fit. They fit just like the original rollers in the door bottom but I cannot get the door over the jam and on the track.
