Hi there- I have a 5' wide Anderson sliding patio door with a busted roller. The screw that can adjust/retract the height of the rollers is totally stripped and I was about to order part 81-095 until I read that they don't come with fasteners. I'm also missing the top one. These old windows are fine. But the Balancer does not work. Old style. Manufacturer and brand not known. Where can I find a part and is there a video that shows how to replace these?
