One Channel balance says "31 3 JK Caldwell" and the other is stamped "31 4 Caldwell FM". Multiple parts look bent, broken, or chipped. The metal part measures 32" even though it is stamped "31". The sash weighs 21 lbs. Let me know if you need further information. Thanks,

Tilt window balance maybe 20 years old Cannot lift window No markings on balance

It has one screw on the bottom that hold it in place there are two handles for the small bathroom window , white. The window has TG on it

I find no distinguishing marks on this product including none on the actual window. I only have these measurements and cant find a match for this beading anywhere.
