Hi, I have a bottom sash, Simonton I believe, installed 1996, 35.5 inches by 25 inches. Each side has two springs 405 J. Photo attached. The broken parts are both pivots and one shoe. The springs appear OK. They attach to the shoe with a single screw. I'd like to replace both pivots and both ... (cont.)

no markings, numbers, etc it looks like one featured in your video, but am unable to find anywhere else online 5/8" wide 1 1/16" high the hardest feature to match is the screw hole that jets up and out, any help is appreciated!

We have old bilt right windows that need replacement levers as seen in photos.

See the attached photos, the lever is starting to droop. It's still functional, but I'm concerned that if it gets worse, we'll have to replace the entire unit unit and I just want to identify it. Can you help?
