Hello, I came across an odd failure of a part i've never dealt with before. This ?seal? is located at the bottom of a double hung window and seams to cover some wood and touch the inner sash. If you can help me locate or put a name on this part i would greatly appreciate it.

Hi I recently installed part number 82-265 but now it does. It line up with the latch inside the door. I wanted to see about ordering the matching latch. I attached a picture of the current latch that does not line up.

I want to see if I can replace my current crank handle with a folding version. I see 45054 stamped on the back of the crank handle, which from a bit of searching seems like this might be a Truth 10579 crank handle. The double Support Clip is identical to your part 15-181. The pivot shoe is identical to 15-180 The coil has a 5 stamped in it. The window is 42" X 30" and weighs 26 pounds.
