the window is approx. 50 years old. I don't know what the black piece is that I need, I would like to do the window repair myself. I might need a few of the black pieces for the window. Need rigid flat spline for a screen door.

Attached are 2 photos of the the bottom hinge of my window (inside and outside views). The window has 2 panes and is approximately 34' x 34" casement. Simonton 13 year old balancer replacement parts needed. I cannot tell specifically what parts I need. It seems like the "travel" is more that 32" which is what most replacement parts seem to indicate online

Need to replace, it is 25.5 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. Goes on what i think is a double hung window, with the top portion stationary but the bottom 1/2 slides up. See pictures. The only number on the balancer is 25 3. I cannot locate anything on the window nor frame.
