Unsure which replacement balance I should purchase after reading the identification guide. I currently have double coils and each has two separate number identifiers (4 & 5). does that mean I need #18 replacement?

I am in need of a casement window crank 3.5 inches long. The smallest size that I have seen listed is a 5 inch crank. I cannot find any numbers or information on the old crank or window to know exactly what I need.

Hi, I am looking for 6 replacement Night Latch/Locks for may Andersen windows. They were purchased from Home Depot around 10 years or so ago. Thanks, Rob

my casement bay window needs a new arm crank. The current one installed on the windows says Truth and is stamped 40986Is this part still available? if not, can you suggest one compatible for this one?

if I can get away with it, I was just like to replace the rotary gear and handle. However, if I need to replace the whole awning operator, I will.
