Need replacement parts

Is there a way of knowing which internal latch I need without removing the window. It is not my window and I am not at that location. Thanks for your time, Bill.

Hello, I had my Simonton windows installed a few years ago, now these mechanisms are breaking rapidly. Plastic ends are breaking in a lot of my windows. Can you help ID the part and help me with getting new ones, hopefully constructed better than the originals?

The bottom says Pat. Pend. The piece is about 2 5/8" long and about 11/16 wide. It looks like it sits about 3/8" deep into the window.

Hi - I am looking for the correct window balance replacement for this tilting single hung window

This is on the back side from the deadbolt knob on a combination Emtek lockset. The rounded part with slot was lost on another set. It attaches to the knob shaft by an E-clip. We only need the rounded part.

My window is hard to open. Does it slide up & down on that gray plastic cylinder? Can that gray plastic cylinder be lubricated? Lubricated with what?
