Hello, my window crank will still open the window, however I cannot close the window. It is Bilt Best hand crank and I would like to replace it. Thank you.

Hello. I've attached photos of the ends of my balancers. The window manufacture is Milgard. The stamp on the balancer is 25-4. I will need (2) balancers for my order. The channel length we believe is 25-5/8" long. The width of the balancer is 1/2". Weight of the window is 24 lbs. Please let me know ... (cont.)

This part I removed from the window. The gears are ruined and I need another one but it needs to be exactly the same it seems (have tried other ones). Can you tell me what one to order please?

This is the broken piece. It measures 1.75 in length and .75 in width. The one I previously ordered is too small, measuring 1 inch by .5 inch. which one can I use to replace this broken part? Thanks

I need a replacement door handle for my sliding door. The top metal bolt holder broke off the handle. Color is ivory, and distance between bolts is 4 inches, and distance from bottom bolt to the locking pin is 1.5 inches.
