My sons new house was built in 1993. Many of the windows have non-functional balancers. Based on the descriptions I've gotten from your website, I believe these to be Series 380. I am looking to replace the rollers on my seaside outdoor sliders. I have 5 photos I have submitted. The doors are 50 years old as they are the original doors which are in great shape. They are painted aluminum frame doors with a sealed double pane glass.

I have a 2008 NV Homes townhouse with 2 identical Patriot windows in which the right-hand side pivot lock shoe broke. The latch on one of the windows is also broken. I bought 15-195 a long time ago, the are not compatible with my rails. They will not hook to rail with modifications. Looking for different shoes

I have windows with tension springs on one side that push up against a plastic cube that has one side that fits in a channel. They are on the opposite side from the spring clips and keep the springs under tension so the screen does not fall out.
