I believe it's the plastic shoe that slides up and down and holds the window up with a spring

Can't find much info on the door and the number on the roller hardware yields no search results.

These are balances from an old Andersen window that measures approx. 40" wide by 38" high. The cord broke on one of them. The balance measures approx. 3" wide by 6 +3/4" long. There is no identifying marks on them or the window. I intend to replace both of them. Thank you

Hello, We have 2 double hung windows that have broken "constant force window balances" in the Tennessee home. One window sash is 19" high by 24 5/8" needs 2 balances and the other sash is 26 3/4" by 36 5/8" and needs the left balance. The pictures are from the small window sash, the left balance. ... Hello, Can you please let me know the correct channel balance I need? The metal is 30 inches long and 5/8 inch wide. The numbers on the metal look like 2915 BS1 EL. Thank you for your help, Deidra

Looking for a block and tackle window balance to replace mine that have stamps: 2315 and 2915. The windows are 24 yrs old and difficult/noisy to open and close. I have this broken vinyl window lock. The home was built in 2022. I cannot find ANY match to this online. The space of the latch seems 2 1/16 " but the static keeper portion seems bigger even though they are a match. The bottom of the latch says 2102 and has no lother markings. I have 2 broken and n ...
