I need a replacement balance. The manufacturer provided me with the following description of the window: window size is a stock size of 40/60 OR, is full tempered, with HP-LOE glass, DSB They didn't know the size of the balance but it has "5500" on it

I have a channel balance with 30c Stamped on it. It has a closed cam t-lock end I believe is your 15-236. It looks like S-795 balancer but the end is not flat it has a hook. Do you have anything that will work? The balancer length is 30 inches

Truth dual arm casement operator - innards are stripped. Looking for two replacements.

Good morning, The coil balancers on my MI Windows in my bathroom have both snapped. One broke over the winter and it still would support the window, but now both have broke. I'm hoping you might help me find replacement wheels for my sliding screen door. Unsure of manufacturer. Door from house built in 2002. The shell is approx 1 inch and about .25 inch in( well not sure what that's is called haaaa). Let me know what else you might need to know. Kathy ... (cont.)

The part that slides into the screen frame is a bit more narrow than what is sold in the shelf at the hardware stores. These came from older aluminum windows.

Do you have this? If you don't have it, can you order it for me?

Good day I am looking to replace the rollers on my mirrored closet doors. Photos are attached. The measurements are 2 7/16" in length; 1 3/8" in height and 3/4" in width. It's a tilt latch that lets you clean the outside of the window from the inside and that hole that's in there a screw goes in there and that's what keeps it mounted to the side of the window and the little white gray part on Top hold the black piece in place it's spring loaded

Years ago we installed Viking double pane windows in our home. Recently the locking mechanism in the bathroom window (32" W x 20" H if it matters) broke (see pic) and I'm having a hard time finding a replacement for the lock. Do you have any suggestions?32" w20" H
