Weathershield said they no longer carry any parts for my 30 year old windows so I'm looking for the bottom 10" metal track that the window slides in when opening. Hi, I need to fix a roller from a Merrilat drawer installed circa 2003. The piece is stamped 517-310-33-01. Is it possible to find a replacement part? I don't see any similar parts that attach to the rear of the drawer like this one. Any suggestions? Regards, Mike

The MI window is 17 years old, and when they sent me a new balancer, it had the round connection down at the bottom for the pin coming out of the window. As you can see by my pictures, I need something with a flat rectangular type pin.

Please find pix of 16"x 1/2" channel and parts from 36x37 Pella replacement double hung w tilt out. Some of the parts are broken and not entirely sure which new ones I need. Many thanks. DB
