This tilt latch is from an Anderson 200 series window. There are no markings on the window frames, however, in a conversation with Anderson I was told the windows are 200 series. It appears your item 26-243 is a good replacement. Can you please confirm. Thank you.

Length : 25.5 Stamp : 25 - 5 House built around 2007, so guessing its 2006/2007 make I would need atleast 6, 3 right and 3 left

I have a contractor repairing several of my windows. He's an Anderson installer so he's not familiar with Pella Parts. My windows use the 39-097 and 39-096 Pella Window Crank Operator. He's been installing those and repairing the windows. He said that I need a window lock mechanism and tandem lock, ... (cont.)

The screws are 4.5 inches apart. The arm is 9". It has C-9400-1 stamped on it. The current one is stripped and doesnt close.
