We have a renovated Brownstone house in Harlem, New York, and have a number of windows with broken balances and window tilt latches (I think that's what they're called). An Andersen Window rep said the windows looked like Swisco windows....can you tell from my photos? There are no etchings on the gl ... (cont.)

Do you also happen to have the grey metal spring latch that keeps the window in position? See picture below. The measurements for this part are: 3 1/2" long, 1/2" high, and 1/4" wide. I can't find any numbers. Most of them on top have a spring with a plastic cover that has now broken and the spring is popping out of the window. I want to replace all of the slider parts for our windows. The windows are tilt style windows.

Looking for replacement corners to repair a large screen. The corner body is 1" square. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows/screens. The stuff at Lowes is too small, 5/16".

This is a patio door handle for heavy hurricane windows. Black in color the handle is 9 3/4"tall, 1"wide, 5/16"depth. There are 2 screws one is 3" from top of door handle and second screw hole is just about 7" from the top of door handle. The 2 screws are 4" apart.

Looking to make sure I'm ordering the correct balance before I order them. Metal channel measures is 26" long and 9/16" wide. It is stamped with a 26C BS and looks like is probably your S795-26, but mine has a hook clip on top, where the one in you photo is a screw in clip. Thanks for your help. ... (cont.)

This is a metal mobile home sliding door. The problem is when the door is closed a gap is in the center part vertically. It appears to be a 1/8 inch kerf.

The metal channel is 13.5 inches. The stamp is 13 3 We need 2 Channel balances
