The length of the metal channel is 32 5/8". The stamp says 32 3 OM with a sideways "S" (image attached). Total of 6 balances needed.

it is stamped with 183. also BSI. It is 27" long with a 1/2'' channel, two rollers on one end

I'm trying to get parts to repair 10 windows. I need these nylon blocks to repair windows for my aunt. I'm not a window expert, so I'm not sure exactly what I need or preferred way to repair. Please help

The metal from end to end is about 21" and the spring is 10-11" and the bottom is 1" so I am looking at the 351 model. I weighed the sash at 35 lbs, and I see that this exceeds 2060 which is rated at 27-30 lbs. The number printed on the balancer is 2090 30.

I need approx. 6 ballasts for 3 windows

Just discovered that all of our upstairs casement window cranks have disappeared after a recent remodel. I'm not sure how to accurately measure the spline. This is what ours looks like. About half the diameter of a pencil, I'd guess. Can you help?

Does anyone know which parts I should order to replace this mortise lock? It's roughly 3 1/4 x 1/2 inch and it's all rusted out due to being near the ocean so it doesn't open and close easily any more.

I need to replace a Mortice Style Sliding Glass door lock. It's on 3 5/8" centers. Can you help me with a replacement?

I have old Pella double hungs and I need 2 block and tackle balancers. The stamp on it says it is a 3230The metal casing measures 1/2" x 1/2" and the block and tackle and pulley is on the top . There no marking of any kind, and the outer casing is plastic. And i bought 2 online that are to thick 5/8 not good. I believe w is 3/8. Thank you
