There no marking of any kind, and the outer casing is plastic. And i bought 2 online that are to thick 5/8 not good. I believe w is 3/8. Thank you

Trying to find this clip that screws to the lower sash and keeps it in the track. The lower sash is a single hung, non-tilt coil balance.

We did not remove one yet Here are the photos we happened to have.No names on the windows or stickers anywherethe bottoms seem to be rusted and or broken for 3 of them.\ Does it matter which way they open to the outside ?Thanks Leslieor what other info or pictures you may need?

I need the rod balance and shoe for the top window on this unit. Please. I hope you can use this Info to find it. I also have a a window by the same manufacturer over the sink. The bottom outside glass is broke. If you could help me find a replacement. That would be amazing.

I would like to replace the handles on our 1997 Cascade series 3000 casement windows with folding handles. Will the 39-107FK work as a direct replacement? I am attaching photos of the original handles. Thank you for your assistance.

Good morning, Do you by chance have these latches, or a replacement that will work? And if you only have a replacement, will it work with the OEM strike or would I need to purchase a new strike as well?
