PPG Herculite window from about 2006 won't stay up. Do you have these parts? Need both sides.

I am hoping you can help me with this, I need a new operator for a Anderson window from I think the mid 70's. The arm is about 10-1/4" from center to center.

My existing latch is 1 1/8”wide x 2 7/8” long with hole to hole 2 1/8” and backset of 1/2”

I have a Florida home that was built in 1987. The windows at the back of the house are original to the home and they are aluminum frame, single pane windows. I need 4 of these with the shoes-Window balance 34C. Other numbers on the part appear to be, RK N 158I need 2 of these-Window balance 28 C. Other numbers on this part appear to be, BSi RH

please advise on part number to purchase. Stainless if possible

Hello SWISCO Support Team, The window constant force balance appears to be weakened. The sash is slowly drifting down, which suggests the balance has lost tension over time. To repair it properly, I plan to replace both balances on each side so the window operates evenly. Do you carry these bala ... (cont.)

I didn't see any significant markings. outer wheel diameter is just over 1.125" inner wheel (center groove to center groove) is approximately 1" chassis is 1.250" tall x .625" thick and 3.125" long
