Hello. We had a sliding door installed roughly 10 years ago. There is a tag on the sliding door that says Silverline Product ID 5800. I took the sliding door out and 2 of the wheels are frozen (one in each assembly). Are you able to identify what I need based on the photos? Thank you ... (cont.)

Hello. I ordered a similar roller from here but it had squared of ends and woukd not fit. Hopefully the attached Pic will help find the right one.

i have mirror closet rolling doors in my bedroom and one of the rollers has broke and I am looking for a replacement. Do you have anything that would work. If not the entire part I could also try just the plastic wheel and drill out the rivet holding it in place.

Hi, I want to confirm that I'm ordering the correct channel balances for a Lawson window. These balances are 31" long with a 1" bottom shoe. The window sash weighs 25# and has the number "3040" stamped on it. Please see photos. Thank you, Tony

The crank is not doing what it's supposed to do, the handle just rotates freely.

Windows are twenty years old. the plastic insert around the pivot bar mount is disintegrating. I'll need to replace numerous ones if I can find the right part(s).
