Casement window set of 4 windows. One casement window fell out while cleaning. Window is at least 33 years old. Window did not break!! We would like to replace hardware photographed, rather than replace the casement set. It appears to be a stress fracture at a screw hole. See photographed broken pi ... (cont.)

Window Sash Vent Weep House is from 1994. I'm not sure what brand window but some of the window lock parts is for Pacific Industries. I would need (10) pieces for the vents

please help in identifying the part in the attached photos. i believe it is called a pivot shoe dimensions are 1" wide, 9/16 deep, 2" tall for a tilt window similar to your part number 15-045 but is deeper

I never changed this part, but one broke, forcing the window down, and made the removal of the Channel Balance very hard. So I believe it will make sense to have spare parts and change them when they start to brake.

Roller is 3 inches long 1/2 inch wide and the Roller is 1 1/8 inches

Hi! Contractor Cliff here (HSI LLC) looking for parts to replace two corroded 2015 awning windows. LMK if you need more pix or info.

We are looking for the right double roller-tilt balance for a customer. The top metal band has a large "4" and then "31T" imprinted on the top coil. The bottom coil seems to have a big "5" and then "26T" printed on it.

Hello! The marking says "7GI". Is that 7 pounds on each side, total of 14 pound window? (I can weigh the window too.) The two coils came apart on both sides, so the window doesn't stay open.
