Hello, I have an Alside Excalibur window that has both of the coil balances snapped, leaving the window very hard to keep up due to it's weight. I have uploaded both photos of the coil and the shoe. Hello, I have a window from NAMI. The glass is cracked on the interior side and is now having condensation in between the two panels. Is there a way to buy just the "tilt" piece of the window unit or do I have to purchase a whole new window system. Thanks!

Certainteed Doublehung window. Both coils are broken. We use this window once a day, opening it 12" for an hour. The coil has 10 stamped on the tongue, barely legible. The pivot shoe has A186160. The other plastic piece has H65 34/5M. We need two coils.
