Hello, Pictured is a channel balance, Labeled BSI 2530, Aluminum channel without the plastic ends is 26" The sash that it was mounted on is 28 1/2 " wide and 27" high. This is the only remaining window balance in the house, all are Viking brand, one is identical in size to the first one mention ... (cont.)

These parts are balance springs and tilt latches. Built in 2001, Anderson windows double hung.

Hi, do you know what this part is called and what I need to replace it? Is it something you carry? I haven't found it via the site's search.

There is no marking stamped on the metal. The bottom window is 50" X 30"

Hi, I'm looking for sliding door replacement handle and lock - see pictures.It broke and I can't find any with 5.5" screw distance, it came with the house built in 2007 - no logo on the door - looks like custom. Please advise if you can help.Thank you - Anna
