My lock deploys but pops open when the door with additional closing pressure. Not sure if it's a lock issue or a latch problem. Perhaps installation misalignment? Your #82-218 is an exact replacement. Can you tell me what the problem is?

Hello, I have a Viking window that has a broken balancer on the left side. I have uploaded a picture of the balancer and number on it is 2650.
