The top photo is the part that is installed outside of the door and the bottom is the mechanism that the door is locked inside the home.

The closeup picture showing the plastic piece that holds and pulls in the bar, so the window itself has a tight seal. Need one for sure but maybe 2 or 3 for back up since we have about 5 of these windows.

My house was built in 1987. I'm sure these are original doors/ rollers. I don't see an exact match on your site. I hope you can give me some guidance.Thank you.Steve

I need a replacement option for the tilt latches on my windows. I have already tried item number 26-408 / 8590 and they did not fit. The ones I tried would not allow me to put the window back in after I had it tilted out. Thank you Eric S.

Top sash was not staying shut and kept sliding down. Hello, I am trying to locate a replacement lock for this window. The lock is worn so the window is no longer secured. I cannot find any markings on the lock.
