I need to replace 2 of the counterweights pictured above. The part number stamped on the u-channel is 27405 and measures 27-1/2" in length. Please provide the information I need to order these parts. Thank you. Dan

i have a storm door with a window that you can slide up and down. see the attached pictures. on the window that slides up and down, there is a plastic "pin" that is attached to the window and the pin is in the window track. that pin broke and i'm having a hard time finding a replacement. Hi there. I have some vinyl windows in my home of unknown origin. The one in the bathroom decided to come crashing down. Both balances are broken. There are no markings on them and i have no clue how to remove them or measure them for the correct one . Can you help ?

The plastic end cap piece on the bottom rail (I hope that's the right term) is cracked or has broken off on most of my windows. hello, I am looking for a replacement latch lever as shown in the photo. I am only looking for the teardrop shaped part with the metal flatbar attached but there is no identifying manufacturer on it.

Sliding door, unknown type of handle and lock, it's not a mortise type, the one picture is the lock plate on frame.

This is a 20 year old metal outside door. The bottom door sweep is missing and the outside weather strip does not come down to the threshold. The threshold is NOT adjustable. This is a handle for a window installed in 1991. It is plastic, but we would prefer a metal replacement since msny of the origibal ones have broken. Screw spacing is 3". Depth is 1/2".

I need to replace 10 window latches in a condo built in 1991. I found ones with the same screw spacing and depth, but the new latch would not close. Apparently the cam reach was too shallow. I believe the hole spacing is 2 1/16" and the backset is 7/16".
