I am fairly confident the repalcement channel balance I need is the S350-28 2740 but I also need two additional parts. A piece that goes in the window casing to stop the channel balance and a cap for the top of the window frame. See pictures. Do you sell these parts?

Came off American craftsman series 8900 window

This double hung window is of unknown manufacture ( about 20 years old ). I need to replace these parts as mentioned above. The screw spacing appears to be 2"1/16 at center of each screw. I hope you can help me! Thanks very much!

Wood sliding door. Plastic latch to slide door open on outside part of screen door broke. Photo has tape on it to prevent door from locking.

I am a builder and have come across a lockset that needs to be replaced . I believe it is a Roto lock on a hinged door and have been unsuccesful in finding it in your catalog. The numbers on the lockset are S623 B24 Lock 45/92/8PZ 1 inch 06/98 Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks ... (cont.)

I think this basement window is a Simonton based on tags I still have on other windows in the house. The exterior side of the window has this broken piece - glass stop maybe? Not sure on terminology. Not having luck figuring out where to get a replacement piece.

Looking for a replacement for the attached photos, which are for the Certainteed Double-Hung Windows. They are the Sash Release Lever that allows the window to be tilted in and cleaned. thanks, John

Hi, I need to replace this door hardware. There are no names, numbers or markings on it as far as I can tell. The distance between the screw holes is 5.125 inches. The inside handle has broken off. Please advise, and thank you.

im a handyman looking to get replacement parts for a window that will crank open, but wont close without help. included is a picture of a broken portion that appears to have a part number on it. im afraid i only have assembled photos, and they are limited as well. if you need other photos please let ... I need 28 1/2 in balances would a 28 work or should I go to a 29 in balance, or do you custom make balances?

Hello, I need to replace my window coil balancer. can yuo please identify and let me know the part number so that I can order. On the coil it is showing #5 on one of the coil and number 6 on the other one. On the plastic I see #3.

I need help finding this casement mechanism.
