In need of this pivot bars and pivot shoes

The tilt latch on my Pella Fiberglass window, is stuck and will not move, as a result the window cannot be tilted in. Any idea how I can fix that. I will change the tilt latch if I can remove the old one. Thank you.

Hi, That part of my window fell off, the top sash is broken as well. The window is not going up or down.

I have a non-tilt window that is 60"(h)x50"x0.25" and need to replace both balances. I need 29" 5/8 diameter spiral balance. Would the spiral balance with BLACK TIP work for me. Please advise. Thank you

I need to replace two coil balances for my Gorrell window sash. The metal coil is rated 6 pounds. Sash weighs 11.6 pounds. Which coil balance replaces the one pictured?
