I'm looking for two channel balances for my bathroom window. The metal part measures 15 and a half inches long, and about a half inch wide. The stamp on the metal says 15-4 Can you please identify this part?

hi - looking for spiral balances for single hung PGT windows: series SH7600/7700 SH ?.22" upper sash and 28" upper sash . the present balances have a metal "hook" end the inserts into the bottom of the top sash.

Hello, I am trying to get two of these pivot lock shoes - they are approx 17/32 thick and 1 1/4" wide by 2" high. I do not know what brand of window it is from. Thank you!

Sash will not stay up when opened. Sash weighs 23.5 pounds. Should it have 12# balancers? If so, what is the part number. Thanks

Hello I have a window balance from a viking window it measures 26 13/16" long and 1/2 wide on the back. The photos should show the plastic attachments. The numbers 2640 are stamped on and the letters B.S.I. perpendicular to the numbers. Charles

Good morningI have finally gotten around to installing these spring shoes (15-236), but have found they are too wide. They appear to be the right shape and dimension except they need to be about 1" wide not 1.25.I found the mfg part number if it will help.253098 or BALSH-7. The mfg is Ply-gem I kno ... (cont.)

Metal channel is 13.25 inches long. Stamping says"13.2". The top fitting and metal hook photos match my sash balance.

Can you tell me what this part is? There's one in each side of the screen that you have to squeeze together to lift the screen up and down they are spring loaded and I lost the spring on one of them. Appears to be 4 inches long. Thank you Patty

I have some issues with some windows from Fibertec. For some the handle is spinning but the window does not open. Do I have to replace the whole mechanism or just the handle. I have Insulate vinyl casement windows at our cabin, where the "multilock bar guides" are all failing. Isulate was a local Seattle area vinyl window manufacturer who sold out to Certainteed who then sold out to Ply Gem.
