There are no retainers for the latches to grab on one sash. Photo is of the working sash. Need 2 retainers.

The operator has this inscription: NDC 2000

Hello, The window balance measures 28" long & 9/16" wide. I would like to order 2 replacements or, if possible, just the clip that connects the balance to the window frame. Thanks, Ray

Can you identify this casement mechanism. The only label I see on the cover plate is "Truth". My gears are stripped and will no longer open the window. Thankyou. Paul

I have these circa 2008 (Milgard?) casement window handles. They stick out quite far and get in the way of the window blinds. Do you know if a folding handle is available? I am looking to replace my 24 inch channel balances in different parts of my home. Photos included. The measurement, metal to metal end is 24 inches, but the markings may indicate 23. Is there a bulk price if I buy many and replace them throughout my house?
