Hello, I have windows that are either stuck closed with balance disconnected and up in the top part of the window or windows that just wont stay open. In some cases the clips on the bottom sash are broken. I think I need to order new balances or new clips or both.

I would like to replace parts in several windows the locks say Prism and the labels have 1258 C15 . Is that enough information for top and bottom replacement parts?

The crank is marked "truth'. It seems that the gears are stripped. You can open the window, but you cannot close it.

Need a balancer for the right side of a tilt window. Not sure what weight it is.

I want to find the correct balance for Milgard Aluminum windows from the early 90's. This is a block and tackle style balance. The metal portion of the original balance is 21" long. Hi, I ordered horseshoe 15-208 from you but there is no way to attach it to the spring. The spring has a hook on the side that should enter into the horseshoe. I have several windows with broken latches that I am attempting to replace Any help in identifying part would be greatly appreciated.

Think I just need the plastic piece connecting the spring to the window. Also need the top of the window locking the window to the frame. I don't know the manufacturer. Can you help with the right parts? Thanks Ron
