Think I just need the plastic piece connecting the spring to the window. Also need the top of the window locking the window to the frame. I don't know the manufacturer. Can you help with the right parts? Thanks Ron

The width of the roller casing is 9/16 inches. The length of the casing is 3 1/16 inches. The height is 1 1/16 inches. The O.D. of the wheels is 1 1/8 inches

Hi,I'm am not sure what channel balances to order. I have attached photo's of existing balances. The only markings I can find are 27 14L BSI RO. These are for very heavy window's, I would guess the are about 45#'s each non tilting.Will a S390-28 with the 2780 option work?Thanks,Tom ... (cont.)

Wondering if you can help? This a Harvey handle set ,I think you can make out that the handle attachment lug is broken off on the underside of the handle itself. If you could assist me with parts for this window. The channel itself is 22" and non ribbed. It looks like it could be the 765. Hard to determine being that this window channel is destroyed and missing pieces. Plus the bottom pieces that the window itself locks into do not move at all ... (cont.)

Here are pictures of the window mechanism. I have 2-5/8" for the lever, and 2 holes in the arm. See the second picture that I sent you.

These are from Alside casement Windows. I believe their model #0962. They were made in 1998. If you know what felt weathestrip was used on the outer perimeter of the sash would be great also Thanks Ray
