Good Morning, I need to replace this window crank. It is approximately 25" from center to center, when the arms are open to 90 degrees. The small arm is 6". Thank You, Paul

The operator arm is hitting the Bar Hinge on the bottom of the window and stopping the full closure of the window. There is no room to bend the arm as it would need to be bent downward at the angle and would bind on the crank and window frame. The disk on the arm moves freely and has about 2 inches ... (cont.)

I can't find what Milgard balancer will replace this. Are you able to help me identify a replacement that will work?

I'm seeking to get confirmation on which part to choose between SS Multi-Point Mortise Latch and Keeper and the Multi-Point Mortise Lock and Keeper, 9-7/8" he width was measured with a caliper rendering W  .578 in while the opening in the door measures W  .6 in

The key stopped working to open the lock. I had my brother look at it now the entire thing seems broken. There is no information on the lock so I don't know which one to get, please help!
