Hi, the channel length is 32.75" and I believe it is.5" wide. I attached pictures of the name brand, plastic fittings, and a picture of the AAMA certification sticker. I need one replacement.

Please advise which channel balance would be appropriate as a replacement for one that measures 34.5" for a window sash that weighs 41 lbs. The stamp reads 34DS5 39.
