I have a few casement locks that are broken internally. I have Milgard casement windows installed about 20 years ago. I don't know what the part numbers are. Additionally, how do I remove the lock when the window is closed and in the locked position?What is the part number to order replacement lo ... (cont.)

Hello! We are wondering if we need to get a whole new window or if we can just replace the little sliding clip that is missing in this part of the window. I think it's used to hold the window up and lock it when it's down. But I'm not sure.

Looking for a set of storm door handles, brushed nickel or white, to fit a storm door that is 3/4" thick. The hole spacing for the mounting screws is 4 3/4". Do you have anything that meets this requirement? If so, please send photos and specs. Thanks.

windows were bought from Lowes over 10 years ago - have record of what type of window - need these exactly as they are inset in the frame of the window - have no paperwork or labels or markings.

Hello, attached are photos of the crank on my awning window. The handle keeps falling off as there is no set screw to tighten. At full extension the arms are 12"and the interior cover is 4 5/8 ".

I have a casement window with Truth part # 46099P stamped on 1 arm but cannot find anything with that part #, even from Truth Hdwe.

I saw your YouTube video and need help finding the replacement part for my door rollers. See attached pictures. The white piece is mounted on the top of the roller and helps it stay secure in the void where the roller is mounted.
