I placed an order for a (1) 82-265 : Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11" but it's the wrong part. My old latch is the top photo compared to what we ordered (which is on the bottom).

These are from 2001 for a single hung tilt-out jeld-wen window The only piece I think I need is the end shown in the first picture, the part that the windows pivot snaps into If I have to buy the entire bar device I will. The stamped number is 26B then NC bsl thanks for your help John ... (cont.)

there does not seem to be a part number stamped on these, the only number I see stamped is 83187 in very large print on there side, the unit measures 2 7/8ths by 6 1/4. The string is incredibly tight, really hard to pull it out to get any slack., Just one of the two strings is broken so ... (cont.)

I need two sets of hinges for a twin kitchen casement for a 1995 WENCO casement window. The length of the hinge is 7-5/8" without the slide. This is NOT an egress hinge. There is a part number listed on the arm as # 31133.

I have attached several photos of the damaged strikers for my two PGT Series 2500 sliding glass door closures.
