I am trying to locate 2 replacements for my 22 year old windows. The windows themselves say Thermolite Inc 1GCC CBA02 on them. Can someone help me locate them please or do you have them ?

I am looking to replace the balances in an Andersen window. The balances on both sides of the window are stamped 11600-17 and also P78 12#27 1-86. Which balances do I need?

Screw mount for securing balance spring torn away. Shoe travels in 1 1/4 inch channel and is itself about 2 inches high. May also need new balance spring assembly. Thanks in advance for any help. This metal part broke on a double hung window. Cannot identify the window maufacturer-there are no stickers, engravings, etc anywhere. I need to identify all the components, including the spring assembly, the locking mechanism, and the side pins on the sash. The locking mechanism has a number of 4.610.108 on it.
