I have a multi-point window lock labeled Truth part number 40898 and 45186 (the latter is the lever mechanism and the former is a plastic connector that broke). I'm looking for a replacement for 40898. Help! Window won't lock now. Thank you!

Hello - see photos for sliding door lock. It is very difficult to lock it all the way as I need to apply does of downward pressure on the lock lever to lock it closed. Need help identifying which handle this is and videos how to adjust it on my own.

The number in the interior door handle is Part NO. 0-42 PAT 453688 Reliance Tokyo Japan K-60 and I need the handle broke too. The home was built in 1986 so the sliding patio doors are original. I need to know which handle and parts I need to buy please.Thank you,Amy

No markings on the latch or storm window. I wish to find replacement latch as the window, and several others, have either broken springs or rusted springs. Therefore latches only close by manually pushing them closed. Note the spring is held in place with the indent that is circled. ... (cont.)

I am looking for a replacement window balance for a Kinro window I have. The length of the channel is 27 inches. The lower plastic piece appears to be 1 and 3/32". The spring has a green paint mark in the middle of it. The printed number on the channel is 26-3 KN5 CMC 8

It looks like the S140 is what I need. Can you tell me if it uses a round or flat pivot bar. The spring code on the old broken spring is a letter F, does that mean its a 6 pound spring?

Hello-I've been trying to locate the "receiving" part of my window latch, as shown in the pictures. The part is a 1/4" thick. The part I photoed is broken. I need 2 of these if you have or can locate them. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Chris

Hi, I have a sliding door and when closing the lock won't move. There is a safely latch on the lockset once pushed the locking works. The problem is on the strike there is nothing to push the release on the lockset. In the picture above I am referring to the pin that's half way down and sticks out 1 ... (cont.)

The channel length is 26.5" long. 1/2" wide and 5/8" deep. The stamp printed on it is 26 4, The window was manufactured by Milgard and probably made in 2005 (that's when the house was built). This is the snap-in Glazing for my aluminum sliding window. I can't find this anywhere. Do you by chance have this glazing? I don't know the manufacture of the window.

I am not even sure this is the correct description, but in the photo you will see a (formerly) clear strip of plastic that has come off the shower door sweep.I'm assuming I have to replace the entire door sweep but I cant find one of the size it measures.The door itself measures 32". Can wheels be adjusted from side of door, since I cannot access one end of each leaf with a total of four leafs. This will make a big difference on my purchase since they won't work in the application they are needed for.

I need one replacement hardware for my windows. They are marked Truth 45034-Lh. it has about 13" long arm. They have a straight bar with a roller on the end instead of the hinged ones. Do you have a comparable part?
