Good morning, I am looking for help identifying the atatched window hardware. Appears it is a 2 piece system plus a spring. I would like all of these pieces identified if possible. Also, the window weighs 23lbs. Thanks in advance.

The side of my sash says 26 4 GN Caldwell. How can I tell how much tension I need ? I do not have a scale.

I think I need the Caldwell 385. The balance has winged top and winged shoe, and the shoe measures slightly more than 1 inch. I replaced the mortise lock with part 82-265 : Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11". The lock does not set with the original keeper anymore. I have a window in my bathroom with tandem spring coils. The spring is stamped with a 4 on one spring and a 5 on another spring within the same tandem set. Do I make it a 9 pound single spring or what?Avidon
