Im just wondering if 41011 is the model number? There's that number, and there's a date on the back of it, as you can see in the pic.

Numbers on the back are, 070606 2312M. It is the hardware that was installed in a vinyl casement window by American Windows.

Looks like it holds the window in place. Need 2.

No real markings on the roller assembly. It is 5/8 thick and 2 1/8 metal to metal. If you need more please let me know. You can see by the photo there is one nipple missing. I need to replace both so the door slides again.

The last 2 pictures I believe go together, I took the window out and the part fell out. Whatever the part is that screws into the window I will need that as well if you could help with pointing me in the right direction for that as well. The window balancer has 28 5 stamped on it. ... (cont.)

The part I'm looking for connects the balance to the sash plastic piece that rides in channel in window frame with round metal piece that allows window to tilt in.The Simonton windows were manufactured 4/21/11 I assume there is a left and right for each sash. Thank you

channel ascry approx 7/8" tall 3/4" wide and 7/8" long ..one round hole 5/16 from hole middle to bottom

Window sash release 2" long , 3/4" wide the tips extend down 3/8" . Tip to tip appears to be 5/8" . Tips appear to be 1/4 " wide . Can you help? Thanks Bob

Screen is torn. What size spline do we need? What are the vertical vinyl rods that hold the screen in called?

The original lock is the light grey on the right , the one the window manufacturer provided as a replacement is the dark one on the left however that one is 1/2" wide at the bottom of the T. The one we require is less than 1/2". The only other one on the site that is less than 1/2" is one that is 15 ... (cont.)
