Need to order one counter balance. Not sure which one.

From Milgard 1993 patio glass door with dual pain window 7/8 inner roller diameter.

While tilting our double hung windows in to clean recently the removable black plastic retainer clips on the Pivot Shoes broke in pieces on several windows and cannot find replacements anywhere. Hello, I don't know the actual tip color as I was passed on this information on length of 26". These windows are not that old and not that large. About 26" wide. Is it safe to go with the heavier balances (yellow tip) to cover for worst case?

Hi folks, The operator shaft has snapped off the base. I suppose I'll need to replace the whole operator. Please see picture. Looks like a Truth Entryguard 31538. There's an "L" on the arm. Please help identify replacement part.

I am trying to find 2 replacement handles for our windows. As you can see from the pictures the number inside the handle is 0918. I cannot find any manufacturer info anywhere on the window. If I can find replacements, I prefer white color. Do you have ideas? Thanks.

I can't determine what this replacement part is called after watching the video. I have attached a photo of an intact part. It is 4 1/2" long. The part is cracked in another of our windows making it impossible to open.

Hi, this part looks similar to what I have in my Alside UltraMaxx windows. But I do see it not an exact match. Will this part be a good replacement?

I am looking for the screws that go through and attach to the knob on the window. My knobs need to be kept in place. The picture shown has the screw that goes through and attaches to the cylinder knob. Can you help?
