Hi, I purchased a 36-004-22 hinge set. I am wondering how I can release the hinge arm from the hinge track so that I can screw the hinge track on the wood frame first. Thank you. -Jin

The lock does not want to open, should I remove and open the lock then reinstall.

I have a Vetter Casement Window opener that appears to have stripped gears. It is a Entry Gard opener by Truth. There is also a number (20810) stamped into the metal. Hello, I run facilities at a large apartment complex, and we have several crank windows on site. One of the parts I am unable to locate is the aluminum rod with two screw in ends on either side, adjusting the length of this rod. What would this part be called? Thank you!

Hello. I'm having difficulty finding screen frame retainers like the one pictured. It's a Z shape with a plastic screw at one end and a ridge at the other that snaps into a groove in our window frame. Thank you.

Is it possible to replace an awning window lock pin. The plastic that holds the pin breaks over time as it degrades. Seems like a simple fix but can't find the part.

The old Marvin Window plunger and rabbit hole. Plunger needs to be less than 5/32" by a slight amount to fit the rabbit hole. Will part #70-009 compress a bit so it might work?
