The triangular locking piece shattered while accidentally lifting the window too fast. This locking mechanism is more narrow than most on your website and the locking triangular piece is thin. The house was built in 1971 with Pella casement windows. Several windows have crank handles with the splines worn away so that they no longer operate the windows. This is presumably from a Traco 9000 or 5000 series Double hung tilt window. I have 6 windows to rebuild and I want to be sure I get the right one-

Can you please recommend a replacement part for these screen corners? I can't quite match up a part looking at your website. The corners are white and about 3/8"+. Thanks, Steve

Hi, My weathershield casement window needs this part (red circled) and I don't know what they are called. The part looks like it is out of its original place because it is not holding the window in place. Need this part amd possible installment. Any help please?

Please see the attached pictures. Distance between screw mounts is 1 7/16", Distance from screw mounts to keeper is 13/16". Keeper hole is a tiny bit more than 1 inch. I need 4 of these. I would be willing to go with a completely different style if it can work.Thanks,James
