Dimensions: On frame - 14"; on sash - 7 3/4" Link arm - 11" 14E117S stamped on link arm followed by a 'V' formed by 3 squares See photos. I have not removed hinges yet, but want to replace them because window sags.

The door was installed in 2001. The rollers sets are identified With "Truth" and 31761A. and 1980 and 1982 US and Can Patent numbers. A great deal of force is required to move the door. I have 2 simonton awning windows that are missing the crank cover. I tried buying a generic from Amazon and it fit but id did no latch. Also, the crank arm that came with cover did not fit the window mecanism. Can you help me understand if you have any that fits here or tell me where I can get Simon ... (cont.)

I haven't removed the broken one yet so I haven't measured it but the channel that it fits in is 1.5" and I noticed the 15-177 only measures 1.25" ... (cont.)

the operators we have are stripped and I need to replace them. They are Norco windows and operators say EntryGard and Truth. I do not have pictures of the operators removed as I need to leave the tenant with operating windows (they can open and close if someone is outside to push window closed when ... (cont.)

Our sliding doors appear to be Pella or that's what is on the handles. We need 8 rollers total for 4 doors. What might be your cost for 8 of them?
