I bought window tilt latches 26-121 and 26-120 but they are to big. The ones i have measure 3" by 1" with 2 1/8 center to center mounting holes. I could not find them on the web site can you help?

Hello. Looking for this Sideloader and sash guide. As per pics the metal case measures 23". The code stamped on the Sideloader is 22A. That is a picture of my lock on my sliding glass door. My neighbor cannot open her sliding glass doors because the round plastic locking switch is broken off. Can you help? She is 78 and I am trying to help her the best I can. The screw-to-screw spacing is 6-7/8" Thank you

Hi, Will this item exactly replace the truth operator listed in the subject? I ask because you have another item with nylon roller that may match, however, I have read elsewhere that the nylon roller will not work in the track made for a SS roller. Thank you! Scott
