Hi, experts! My "new" home has 1948 steel casements all around. Some work and many don't, mostly as a result of stripped gears in the operators. Otherwise, the windows are in pretty good shape for 75 years old. I think they are Fenestras, but they aren't marked anywhere I can see...maybe under ... (cont.)

I think this is a spacer. There is one on each side of the top of the front window on an aluminum double hung window. I took the one in the photos out in order to be able to remove the window so I can replace the chanel balances. I need 6 of them. They are about 1 3/4" tall.

Facing the window from inside the house, the right tilt latch is broken. I would like to order one, or the pair. Measures 2 and 5/8" long x 5/8" wide. See pictures.

This is a window that stides up. The string that attaches broke and I assume that what I call a spring was not able to stretch enough.

I need to replace the track and roller assemblies on our sliding glass door. To remove the sliding panel I believe I need to remove the fixed panels. I cannot figure out how to remove those panels.
