I have a Lanaidor sliding door. Do you have an external key lock that can replace the existing handle (which only has an internal lock)?

My installer suggested contacting you. My Preservation bow window (installed 2005) needed significant repairs. As you can see in the photo, the the first teeth on the gear are pretty worn making the window difficult to operate. It has gotten stripped over time because the crank operates in the opposite direction that most feel it should. Any chance you can help me order a replacement? I live on an island wi ... (cont.)
