I just bought a new house and the sliding window does not have the attachment to assist with lifting and holding the window open. How do I determine what length is necessary for my window what should I measure?

Manufacturer is Champion windows and house was built in 2012. The only stamp I see says 173. Length of metal channel is 18 inches. I just need one balance for the right side of the window.

Hello, Do you have the Silverline Lower Sash Pivot Bar and holder in Stock as shown in the photos? I also need to order 2 balances that have the code 28 7. Sash weighs 27.4 lbs and the balances have the 1 1/4" shoes. I thank you for your time. Guy

Hi, I am trying to install asliding glass door handle with a lock. The cutout portion on the door has an opening that is about 7" long is there some sort of plate I can use so that a regular mortise lock will fit? Please recommned what I need. Our window was not opening all the way. Once we took it out, it appears that the plastic has deteriorated from one of these pieces in the corner. The one that is missing the black plastic is on the bottom of the window. Could we purchase these parts from you? We are not sure how old the windows are ... (cont.)

cam is broken on inverted block/tackle. balance ID is 27C I ordered four #15-195 1-1/4" T lock Balance Shoe, closed cam Does that look correct? Does this part go in without tools...it appears to...but Im hesitant to pull it off. or, Do I need to order the whole balance? Thanks, Robert ... (cont.)
